Refund and Returns Policy

We stand by the purity and potency of our Himalayan Shilajit Resin. Our goal is for you to have an excellent purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the policy outlined below.

1. 7-Day Eligibility Window

You may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product delivered was incorrect (e.g., wrong item or quantity).
  • The product arrived in a damaged condition.

Crucial Note: Due to the nature of health supplements, returns are only accepted if the product’s original safety seal is fully intact. We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed jars.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

A refund or return will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used or the security seal is broken.
  • The product was stored incorrectly (e.g., exposed to direct sunlight or kept in an overly warm area).
  • The request is made after the 7-day eligibility window has expired.
  • The customer simply “changed their mind” (unless the seal is still intact).

3. Return Process

  2. Provide Information: State your order number and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, you must attach photographic evidence.
  3. Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 48 hours.
  4. Shipping: Products must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (courier fee), unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

4. Refund Issuance

The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.) within 5-7 working days.

Once your returned item is received and inspected (to confirm the seal is intact), we will initiate the refund process.
