5. Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your package arrives damaged or if the security seal appears compromised, do not accept the package. Immediately inform the courier agent and contact our customer service team.
- If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier service, we will promptly process a reshipment of your order at no extra cost to you.
